Purchase Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City

I didn't like GTA IV much, but I'm really enjoying this game so far. I haven't touched Lost & Damned yet, but I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase just off Ballad of Gay Tony alone. Vice City is my favorite in the entire GTA series, so I really like that BoGT brings back the whole bright lights/nightlife vibe (too bad the story doesn't actually take place in Vice City). As for the missions, BoGT seems to be significantly shorter than the typical GTA game; but considering there's two games on this disc, it's not a big deal. Actually, I think this works to the game's advantage since there aren't a bunch of crappy/repetitive missions just for the sake of filling the game out. I've yet to have one that I didn't enjoy.

There seems to be more weapons in this than GTA IV, as well as a parachute (which is awesome, by the way). I only wish they'd have brought the jetpack back from San Andreas. Also - keep in mind that while the disk does come with a few new radio stations, some have been taken away (apparently the DLC version still has the old ones, but not the new ones). If you were a fan of Vibe 98.8 like me, you'll be disappointed to know that it's gone now. Overall though, this disc seems to be a great value and I'd definitely recommend it.Get more detail about Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City.
